It will sleep up to 8 with a queen, 2 queen size beds, 2 singles, and a trundle bed ( makes into 2 singles beds) in the loft. As the photos confirm the contiguous living room and dining room with cathedral ceiling and French doors opening to the deck, provide ample common space. We like this house. We like this neighborhood. We should. It is across the road from our home. Enough said.
